All of our retail products have the nutritional information on their tubs. However, if you require any information regarding Ice Cream which you are interested in and have any allergies, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0141 889 6390 and we can provide you with them.

Porrelli’s would like to have all locations carry our entire range of flavours, however, this is unfortunately not the case. All we can is recommend you express your interest to your favourite restaurant or shop.

Our Ice Cream is best stored at -19°C or colder.

We recommend having the temperature on your cabinet at around -15°C or -16°C.

To deliver the best flavour and texture, Porrelli products should be allowed to soften slightly before serving. Allow your products to soften at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes, depending on the actual room temperature and temperature of your freezer.

No, because we make Porrelli products in the most natural way we can. Porrelli products should not be refrozen after thawed. By, defrosting the Ice Cream / Sorbet and refreezing can create large ice crystals and cause gritty and grainy textures.

Although most of our products are nut free, we still have to make you aware that the Ice Cream is produced by a factory that handles nut ingredients.

Our Ice Cream contains cow milk.

We do not add hydrogenated fats.

We do not add eggs.

Many of our products are gluten-free.
